<p>ANTIBIOTIC COMPOUNDS A novel antibiotic complex designated herein as Bu-2313 is produced by fermentation of Micropolyspora sp. A.T.C.C. 31295, 31296, 31297 and 31298. The complex is separated into two bioactive components, Bu-2313A and Bu-2313B, which are structurally related to the streptolydigin-tirandamycin group of antibiotics. They are active against anaerobic bacteria.</p> |
