PURPOSE:To improve the determination of the value of antibody and to be able to operate in a short time by supporting the acetylcholine antibody, antihuman immunoglobulin antibody or the anti-anti acetylcholine antibody in the grain-sized organism or inorganic matter. CONSTITUTION:The serum to be inspected is filled into the hole 2 of the micro- plate 1. The detecting reagent 3 is filled into the hole 2 which supports the detecting antibody 3b, such as acetylcholine antibody, antihuman immunoglobulin antibody, anti-anti acetylcholine antibody, or the like that it connected with anti acetylcholine antibody by antibody reaction, into the small grain 3a, composed of red-colored organism or inorganic matter. When there are so much anti acetylcholine antibody 4 in the serum, network structure can be formed at the bottom of the hole, connecting with the detecting antibody 3b. And the hole 2 can be perceived as the colored large spread. On the other hand, when there are few, the detecting reagent can be found in the central part of the hole, and the small colored points can be perceived. By these, it can be possible to measure the value of antibody in simple manner and in a short time. |
