PURPOSE:To execute marking efficiently by the constitution in which an objective lens barrel is provided with a skirt displaceable in its moving direction, and an outside frame enclosing the skirt, and paint is sprayed to the specimen surface through the space between the skirt and the outside frame. CONSTITUTION:In the case of observing a specimen 9 and putting a mark in the observed position thereof, paint 15 is sprayed onto the surface of the specimen 9 through a tube 12, a hole 6F, a space 6D and an opening 6C by the blast from a blower 17 by regulating cocks 13, 14 in the state that the bottom end of a skirt 10 is allowed to contact with the sample 9 in a manner as to enclose the observed position. In this way, a mark is put on the outside circumference of the part (observation region) of the specimen 9 enclosed by the skirt 10 except said part. |
