PURPOSE:To perform sure counting, by projecting fungus body onto the screen independently of the kind or the like of culture and by charing static electricity on black parts of the video and by counting them and by recording the count value. CONSTITUTION:The light from irradiator 3 is irradiated to culture in laboratory dish 1 on table 2, and the light reflected through lens 5 is projected onto screen 6. In this case, static electricity is charged on black parts of the video by light and heat. Screen 6 is rotated by power and is moved to the upper part. Further, scanner 8 is provided in the left of screen 6, and contacts allowed to contact with screen 6 are arranged and fitted in a line rectangularly on screen 6 at intervals of 0.5mm.. These contacts are counted in 10 by pulses of static electricity in the vertical direction and the count result is recorded on recorder 12. As a result, sure counting is performed with a simple operation. |
