<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a loading device by controlling a cartridge carrying motor according to the hooking state between a data cartridge and the clutch of a tape feed-out part. CONSTITUTION:A driving signal from driving circuit 12 of control part 11 of loading device 1 is applied to cartridge carrying motor 2 via unloading circuit 15 and control circuit 16 to lower cartridge 6 via carrying lever 5. On the other hand, clutch 10 rotates to reverse the tape feed-out direction through tape feed-out motor 9. Then, when pawl 6a... of cartridge 6 and pawl 10a of clutch 10 meet at flanks mutually without hooking mutually, the friction resistance increases and the outputs of overcurrent detecting circuits 17 and 22 detecting hooking states are held at the high level. Consequently, circuit 15 is closed through NOT circuit 21, etc., to stop motor 2 and as the friction resistance decreases, pawls 6c... and 10a... hook mutually without rotating. Then, the outputs of circuits 17 and 22 are inverted and motor 2 rotates, so that the high-reliability loading device free of locking defect, etc., can be obtained.</p> |
