PURPOSE:To save labor of the following process and to smooth the operation by throwing half cases, taken into a magazine compartment, successively and automatically in single operation and by connecting the magazine to the following next- process carrying mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An empty magazine carried by carrying mechanism A is fed by feed mechanism B at a pitch of the width of a half case storage compartment and located at throwing mechanism C. A half case, taken out of a forming machine which is not shown in the figure, is mounted on moving and mounting mechanism 23 and chuck mechanism 22 and then turned by 180 deg. with a rotary actuator. Next, extruding mechanism 35 moves and mounts the half case. Then, as pivot 42 rotates forward by 90 deg., the case is thrown into the half magazine compartment. The said operation is repeated successively to throw the half case into the magazine compartment, and then the magazine is pushed out according to the feed of the following empty magazine to be positioned at carrying out mechanism D, so that the magazine is pushed out onto the following carrying out conveyor by extruding mechansim 49. |
