PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of powder dust etc. and make electrostatic latent images sharp by providing conductive contaminant adsorbing bodies through which the outside air sucked in the machine body passes, and impressing bias voltage to these contaminant adsorbing bodies, thereby electrostatically adsorbing the powder dust etc. CONSTITUTION:A suction side contaminant adsorbing body 22 is mounted in a machine body 1 in the place where a suction fan 20 is mounted. Also, an exhaust side contaminant adsorbing body 23 is mounted in the machine body 1 in the place where an exhaust fan 21 is mounted. Then, the outside air sucked by said suction fan 20 is circulated in the machine body 1 through said body 22, thence it is exhausted to the outside of the machine body 1 by the exhaust fan 21 through said body 23. With such constitution, the outside air circulating in the machine body 1 passes through the suction fan 20, after which the powder dust etc. contained therein are adsorbed by the body 22, whereby the powder, dust, smoke of cigarrettes, etc. are considerably decreased. |
