FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. ^ SUBSTANCE: thermotherapy is carried out. Naphtalane applications with temperature of 41°-42°C and weight of 150-200 g are used as a heat carrier. Applications are applied over the projection region of lungs' roots and place of localisation of inflammatory tissue. Exposure duration is 15-20 minutes. The procedure is carried out within 5 straight days with the rest of 2-3 days. The course consists of 12-15 procedures. ^ EFFECT: apparent anti-inflammatory, mucolytic, immunocorrective, analgesic, reparative effects, decrease of taking the medicines, prevention of undesired collateral effects, time decrease of treatment, ensuring of partial structural and functional restoration of pulmonary tissues, clinico-functional parameters, can be used in treatment of patients with coexistent diseases. ^ 2 ex |
