<p>A plastic sachet which contains a deodorising liq. and is designed to be suspended inside a dish-washing machine. The sachet has one wall which is permeable to the contents of the sachet. These contents may include additives and solvents. The permeable wall is at least partly covered on its outside by an impermeable shield which can be removed progressively to expose a greater proportion of the permeable wall. Pref. the sachet is inserted into an impermeable envelope from which it can be withdrawn progressively to expose a greater area of permeable wall. Alternatively, the permeable wall can be covered, initially, by a number of tear-off, impermeable strips. Permeable areas can be made of polythene and impermeable areas can be made of aluminium foil or suitable plastic. The washing machine atmos. can be deodorised with perfume of adjustable intensity, simply by exposing an increased area of permeable wall of the sachet.</p> |
