PURPOSE:To obtain a paint with a high density and a good fluidity by a method wherein powder body of active clay into which both of sodium silicate and other dispersant are mixed is utilized as the developer. CONSTITUTION:0.5-20wt% of Sodium silicate and 0.1-15wt% of the dispersant selected from sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametanphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate or the like are added into liquid in which the acid treated active clay, for example, is dispersed in water, thereafter, are mixed with the active clay. Calcium carbonate is utilized as a pigment while polyvinyl alcohol styrene-butadiene latex is utilized as an adhesive. By utilizing sodium silicate, coating liquid for the no-carbon duplicating paper developer sheet is made excellently low-viscous, fluidic and highly dense, whereby the contamination of a blanket upon printing with the paper coated with this developer may be prevented. |
