The arm is provided with a layered bottom tab (5), a layered middle tab (6) and a layered top tab (7), where two of the tabs are arranged on both sides of a vertical longitudinal plane of the arm. Fixation units (14, 15) are provided at ends of the tab and arranged on one side of the longitudinal plane.
