PURPOSE:To prevent the concentration of ink droplets onto a boundary point and prevent the boundary point from being visually emphasized by a method wherein the scanning range of the ink droplet injected from a nozzle is shifted for each color into the main scanning direction. CONSTITUTION:The nozzles 1p, 1q, 1r injecting the ink if colors p, q, r respectively are arranged as shown by the sectional diagram in the main scanning direction so that the ink of respective colors arrives at a recording medium 4 through charging electrodes 2p, 2q, 2r and turning electrodes 3p, 3q, 3r. Here, the positional relation of the nozzles for each color is shifted by DELTAl in a subscanning direction as shown by notations 10a, 10b, 10c. According to this method, the boundary points, which are the recording boundaries of respective colors, are shifted by DELTAl. therefore, the boundary points may be prevented from being emphasized visually. |
