PURPOSE:To make the whole of a device compact by providing a second exposure means on the bottom part of an electrophotographic device under a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:A first exposure means 9 is arranged above a photosensitive body 1, and a second exposure means 15 is arranged under the photosensitive body 1. In the case of the normal copy mode, the electrification process of a charging and transfer charger 4, the exposure process of the first exposure means 9 or the second exposure means 15, and the development process of a developing device 5 are performed in accordance with the rotation of the photosensitive body 1 during the first rotation of the photosensitive body 1. The transfer process of the charging and transfer charger 4 and the fixing process of a fixing device 17 for a transfer paper separated from the photosensitive body 1 are performed during the second rotation of the photosensitive body 1. Either of two exposure means 9 and 15 arranged above and under the photosensitive body 1 is arbitrarily selected to expose an image in this manner. Thus, two kinds of exposure mode can be selected and the shape of the whole of the device is made compact. |
