The lock has a metal cylindrical body (1) placed in a constant width housing (2) of the door (3) and maintained there without rotation by screws (7) in the shoulder (8) arranged on the side (5) of the door. The lock body contains a turning barrel (17) which contains sliding pistons (19) and counter pistons (15) which move into cylindrical housings (13) in the collar (10) against the action of springs (14), the collar being fixed by a screw (11). The lock bolt (24) has a guide stem (21) which is freed when the lock key is placed through an entry (26) into the housing (18) and pistons and counter pistons are aligned and moved into housings (13).
