<p>The method of lining the interior surface of a car headlamp with a large front opening and small housing for the bulb. It consists of progressively filling the reflector (1) via its large opening (2) with the liquid lining material (12). It is then emptied progressively at a speed ensuring proper holding of the material on the reflector inner face (3). A small vacuum is made via the small opening (4) to draw up material from a tank (11). The reflector seats on a seal (15) and three valves (6,8,10) control the vacuum build up and release.</p> |
