Item is deformed in p-area, is mechanically treated with provision of thread, multi-stage electrochemical polishing and alloying of its surface are carried out. Multistage electrochemical polishing of item is carried out in mode of electrolyte-plasma treatment. Alloying of surface is carried out with ion implantation and post-implantation anneal. At first implantation of N, C, B, Si, Cr, Y, Yb, Zr, La ions or their combinations is carried out, and then molybdenum ions are implanted.
