Bubbling burner has combustion chamber formed with cylindrical body in the upper part of which nozzles are placed for supply of secondary air, bath with fuel mix with bubbling grid installed in it. Primary air is first supplied to ejector. Over confuser of ejector placed at outlet of combustion chamber deflector is placed. The end of the diffuser of ejector is placed under bubbling grid and connected to set of placed in radial positions branch pipes the ends of which are bended at right angle and directed to one side. At that the ends of the branch pipes with respect to horizontal plane are directed at angle about 15...20in such way that at neighboring branch pipes those have different directions: down or upwards, and the bottom of the burner bath is arranged as cone at the bottom of which slime branch pipe is installed. Such implementation makes it possible to increase effectiveness of combustion of fuel and to increase productivity of bubbling burner. |
