METHOD FOR PREPARING DISTILLED SPIRIT USING MULTI TRAY POT STILL

A method for manufacturing distilled spirit using multitray pot still is provided to reduce unpleasance and improve the quality of liquor by discharging ingredient having high boiling point. A pot still for manufacturing distilled spirit comprises tray(3-1) in which micropores at the upper side. The micropores have specific surface area which passes only vapor and absorbs liquid. The tray is connected with a circulation pipe(3-2) which has a valve(3-2). The tray is selected among a bubble cap tray, sieve tray, grid tray, valve tray, shower deck tray, glitsch tray and ballast tray. The distilled spirit is manufactured by distilling fermentation liquid or fermentation liquor with the pot still. A manufacturing method of the distilled spirit further comprises freeze-filtering equipment, activated carbon treatment system or ion exchange treatment system. In the distilled spirit, acetaldehyde, methanol, N-propanol, I-butanol, I-amyl alcohol, ethyl lactate, iso-valeric acid or furfural component is reduced.
