An information processor is provided with a communication section for receiving encoded data transmitted from a transmitting device and information which indicates the encoding system of the encoded data; and a request transmitting section for requesting the transmitting device to transmit circuit information of a prescribed circuit, based on information received from the communication section. The circuit information of the prescribed circuit is acquired from the transmitting device, and at least a communication circuit is reconfigured based on the circuit information acquired by the circuit information acquiring section. Prescribed processing is performed to the encoded data by the reconfigured processing circuit.
