Floor and ceiling partition guide rail mounting aid - is vertical clamped support adjustable with protruding arm and aligned stop faces

The system is for mounting mutually aligned rails on floor and ceiling surfaces. It is esp. applicable to U-shaped rails for fixture of plasterboard panels forming partitions, esp. in renovating old buildings. Use is made of a support (1,6) with provision for clamping it between floor and ceiling. Protruding vertically to this there is a mounting arm (18), adjustable along it, for the rails (80,81). Near the bottom open end of support and arm there are mutually aligned stop faces (2,3,) for the rails. The support can consists of a guiding support (1) and an extension support (6) able to slide in relation to it. The latter is pref. guided in the open profile of the former.
