The tractor cab with a rotatable seat and reversible controls for pull-push work has the hydraulic steering wheel and control valve in a plug-in mounting (13), on which the steering wheel is fitted (15). It has selective fitting to either end of a control console (8) on the side of the seat position. The seat swivels to face fore or aft, with the steering console plugged into the corresponding position. The design eliminates complex and lengthy steering linkages or double steering controls. The two plug-in sockets are linked to the steering control via a correction valve for front or rear drive mounting. The console controls are arranged so that they can be operated from either seat position.
