<p>The swivelling blade cutting tool consists of a shaft (2) with an axial recess (21) on its end, in which the hard plastics stem (17) with a tapered tip (20) is rotatingly seated. The other end containing the moulded-in cutting blade (4) with an eccentric tip (22) has a flange (18) on its other end and a collar (19) adjacent to it. The collar (19) serves as an axial positioning element for the rotating stem (17), while the tapered end (20) rests against the end surface of the recess (21). The collar (19) is seated in radial grooves (8) of the slotted spring element (7) held in place by tapped bushing (3). During use of the eccentrically positioned tip (22) follows any curved cutting path, while the blade (4) together with the stem (17) swivels in the spring element (7) and recess (21) accordingly.</p> |
