PURPOSE:To reduce the cost for the device by a method wherein an indented part with the upper-end peripheral edge thereof indented inward by a prescribed dimension is formed in a tubular casing part and thereby a drain pan and the peripheral edge part of a ceiling plate are made to have the same form and size. CONSTITUTION:In the tubular casing part C housing a heat exchanger unit inside the consisting of a front panel 29 and right and left side panels 30 and 31 are formed the indented parts 29b, 30d and 31d with the upper-end peripheral edges thereof indented inward by the size obtained by adding the size of wall thickness of the casing C to the size of the thickness of the ceiling plate 34. By this constitution, the peripheral edge part of the drain pan 27 contacting with the inside wall surface of the casing C and the peripheral edge part of the ceiling plate 34 are made to have the same form and size, whereby a drawing die for forming the two components into the shape of a dish can be made common to both of them. In addition, when the ceiling plate 34 is put on the casing C, the projection of the peripheral edge part of the ceiling plate 34 from the size of tube width of the casing C is prevented and thereby the size of the outer shape thereof can be made small. Moreover, since the cut face of the peripheral edge part can be covered, the inexpensive manufacture of the components is made possible. |
