The filling shaft (1) of the mincing machine is divided into the two shaft parts (3 and 7). In the one shaft part (3) there is a frozen material mincer (4) in which preferably frozen meat is pre-minced. Fresh meat or the like can be fed into the other shaft part (7). The fresh meat or the pre-minced frozen material passes via the discharge of the filling shaft (1) into the connecting channel (12) to the mincing device (14). In the connecting channel there is a cross conveyor (9) with a conveying worm (15). The mincing device (14) has at least one cutting set (30) consisting of a perforated disc (31) and a driven, preferably multi- blade cutting knife (33). The knife's drive shaft (32) is guided through that (37) of the conveying worm (15). The tubular housing extends in a funnel-like manner in the region of the inlet (13) of the mincing device (14). <IMAGE> |
