FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of composite additive production includes mixing superplastisising agent C-3, sodium hydroxide and sodium sulphate. Mixing is conducted in opposite directions of two flows: liquid dispersed flow containing mixture of sodium sulphate and sodium hydroxide as water solution heated to 50C and gas flow moving at 360-380 m/s and containing dry superplastisising agent C-3 heated to 80-110C at 80-85% of humidity. After that mixture moves at 30-50 m/s with the production of water solution containing sodium sulphate and sodium hydroxide and superplastisising agent C-3. After that gas is separated from the water solution. The water solution is then mixed up additionally with a new potion of gas flow containing dry superplastisising agent mixing repeatedly until superplastisising agent C-3 content in water solution is 12-15%. In specific cases, the above composite additive is dried at 105-130C. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the composite additive contains (wt. p.): superplastisising agent C-3 - 12.0-15.0; sodium hydroxide - 0.03-0.06; sodium sulphate - 12.0-14.0; water is the remaining part of mixture. ^ EFFECT: improved stability of composite additive features while it is stored and increased strength when concrete mix and mortar are solidified. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 5 ex |
