FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: device is provided for usage in pipeline transportation of liquid products, for instance on oil-trunk pipelines for cutoff of oil on area boundaries of pipeline, applied to repair, in the result of accident (rupture) or scheduled repair. Device for pipeline shut-off includes casing with located in it column, connected to core of torsion fiber, mechanism of coil movement in vertical plane. Column is implemented in the form of hollow rod with ability of its movement by fixed inside the casing locator ring. Device is additionally outfitted b mechanism of coil drive, implemented in the form of driving and brake drum, outfitted by electric drive, mounted on top area of hollow rod and connected by driving rope with coil by torsion fiber and telescopic air actuator, connected with pneumatic pipeline-2. Torsion fiber is implemented in the form of manufactured from elastic material pneumatic-strip, which is implemented in the form of prism, in front border of which it is implemented longitudinal comb, and at back border - longitudinal hollow, copying shape of comb, at the end of finite part there are fixed bracket and "adhesive tape". Inside the pneumatic strip and on the left of comb there are built-in by one reinforced hose, and surface of back boundary of pneumatic strip is partly covered by abrasive and is implemented with projections. Device contains telescopic pneumatic actuator, connected to pulley and is additionally outfitted by removable bar for short-bolt. ^ EFFECT: simplification of sealing, increasing of airtightness of pipeline shut-off. ^ 8 dwg |
