PURPOSE:To sterilize packed noodles, etc. by microwave heating without breaking a pack of noodles, by sending packed noodles in a bucket with a slant frame attached to a belt conveyor with open end part of the pack of noodles placed in the higher position of the slant. CONSTITUTION:In a state where open end of packed noddles put in the bag 10 with three directions sealed 9 and one direction opened is partly sealed in spots 11, the packed noodles are sent with the open end part placed in the higher position of the slant frame 8 of the bucket 2. The packed noodles sent to the cavity 3 are sterilized by microwave heating and transferred out of the cavity 3. They are supported by the back-up roller 7, and sealed by the heating roller 6. |
