PURPOSE:To obtain a double layer tube, the thickness of adhesives thereon is uniform, efficiently by a method wherein the adhesives are extruded from another extruding port of a die and the adhesives are bonded on an inner circumferential surface of an outer layer tube at a cooling section when extruding the outer layer tube from the die. CONSTITUTION:When extruding and molding a double layer tube obtained by forming an adhesive layer 3 on an inner circumferential surface of an outer layer tube 2, a die 1 to which cylinders 5, 6 and cylinder heads 7, 8 are mounted is used, and a thermoplastic material is sent into the die 1 through the cylinder 5 and the cylinder head 7, extruded from an extruding port of the die 1, changed into an outer layer tube 2, introduced to a cooling section 4 and cooled. On the other hand, adhesives 3 are sent into the die 1 through the cylinder 6 and the cylinder head 8, extruded from an extruding port apart from the extruding port for the outer layer tube 2 of the die 1, and bonded with the whole inner surface of the outer layer tube 2 at the cooling section 4, thus obtaining the double layer tube. |
