PURPOSE:To prepare a dried laver having good color and luster, by sensing the salt concentration of a laver stock mixing tank, and adjusting the washing time or an amount of water in a washing apparatus based on the sensed values. CONSTITUTION:A raw laver seaweed finely cut by a cutter 1 is wahsed in a washing machine 2, and sent to a mixing tank 3 provided with a salt concentration sensor 10. The agitating speed, frequency of agitation and amount of washing water of the washing machine 2 are controlled according to the measured salt concentration by a controller 11 to keep the salt concentration in the mixing tank 3 constant. The laver in the mixing tank 3 is fed to a sand filtering tank 6 by a pump 4 and then to a laver sheet forming machine 5. |
