CONSTITUTION:A sampling nozzle 46c lowers, is inserted into a sample 13a, and samples of a prescribed quantity are absorbed into the nozzle. After that, the nozzle 46c rises up, moves onto the reaction tube 35 provided on a prescribed position, and discharges samples of a prescribed quantity into the reaction tube 35. Subsequently, the nozzles 46a, 46b for a reagent lower, insert the nozzle tips into the reagent bottles 10, 11, and absorb a reagent of a prescribed quantity. When the absorption has been finished, the nozzles 46a, 46b rise up, the moving block 16 moves in the direction as indicated with the figure, B1, and when the nozzle 46b has come on the object reaction pipe 7a' on the reaction line 7, it is stopped. And, a liquid in the nozzle 46b is discharged into the reaction tube 7a'. Subsequently, the nozzle 46a is located on the reaction tube 7a', and discharges a reagent. Also, in case when a measuring item is changed, the block 16 is moved so that each reagent is discharged into a reaction tube of the object position in conformity with a necessary reaction time.
