PURPOSE:To enable to simplify the sensitivity adjustment, by using C-MOS inverter made with the same package for the detection of control voltage and making the power supply voltage commonly variable. CONSTITUTION:The control signal constituted with the combination of frequency is input to the band pass filters 21, 22, 23 after amplification and frequency selection is made. The signal every frequency detected is given to the detector constituted with C-MOS inverters 34, 35, 36 manufactured in the same package to obtain the output signals e, f, g. Since the power supply voltage of C-MOS inverter is commonly controlled to each C-MOS with a variable resistor 39, the sensitivity of each C- MOS can be adjusted at the same time. |
