PURPOSE:To easily perform a medical examination of a blood disease, by measuring a time variation of mean red blood corpuscle volume (MCV) by means of density of two different kinds, recording both the observations in parallel on the same recording paper, and making it possible to compare both the curves swiftly. CONSTITUTION:A corpuscle (red blood corpuscle) floating suspension liquid 3 in the same vessel (2) whose temperature has been controlled is absorbed into the detector 5 through a very small hole 4, a difference of the impedance between the corpuscle and the corpuscle floating suspension liquid in this case is detected continuously by use of both the inside and outside electrodes 6, 7, and also a diluent feeder 11 is installed to the sample vessel 2. At first, a signal which has been obtained by measuring a corpuscle floating suspension liquid of high concentration (for instance, 0.9%) is converted by use of said corpuscle detection device, a time variation of MCV, which has been obtained by calculating by the dividing circuit 21 is stored in the read and write memory 25, subsequently said corpuscle floating suspension liquid 3 is diluted by the diluent feeder 11, it is made a floating suspension liquid of low concentration (for instance, 0.5%), and after that, the same operation is executed, and the result which has been obtained is simultaneously recorded in parallel by the recording unit 26 together with the result of said measurement. |
