PURPOSE:To enable to adjust the sensitivity of the detection section at the same time, by using the C-MOS inverter for the detection of control signal, which is manufactured for the bias voltage in the common package. CONSTITUTION:The control signal received is input to the band pass filter groups 21, 22, 23 after amplification. The control signal is constituted with the combination of frequency, the signal selected at the band pass filter is input to the C-MOS inverters 34, 35, 36 to obtain the output signal. To the input stage of C-MOS inverter, DC bias voltage is given via the coil of the band pass filter. Since common bias voltage is given to all the inverters and C-MOS of the same package is used, the adjustment of sensitivity is simple and the sensitivity can be made uniform. |
