PURPOSE:To make it possible to divide lights from plural spaces without shifting position of a spectroscope, by reducing length of an entry slit, and also by arranging plural measurement locations along spectral line length-wise direction. CONSTITUTION:Light from a measurement space S are gathered to form an image on a Roland circle R by their respective wavelengths through an entry slit 2a to obtain plural spectral lines l and l2 extending in the direction of X. In this case, by adequately shortening a slit length d by a light-volume-adjusting member 2b, lights of spaces S1-S5 arranged in the direction X in a space plane S become able to correspond with lights of sections arranged in the direction of X on spectral line. And therefore, if plural photodetectors 4a-4e are arranged on a spectral line l2 of a light with wave length of lambda2, all the lights coming from spaces S1-S5 are guided to the photodetectors 4a-4e, respectively, making it possible to measure lights in plural spaces simultaneously. |
