Temperature stabilized amplifier has a transistor with its emitter connected to a reference voltage by a cct. including m diodes and a resistor where m may be zero and the value of the resistor may be zero. The base is connected to an input at a voltage EB. The arrangement is such that: αV10 - β V20 + γ - (m+1) = 0 where α = -KR1/ΔVBE, β = (KR2 - KH)/ΔVBE, γ = EB/ΔVBE and V10 and V20 are the voltages across the two resistors at a fixed temp., and KR1 and KR2 are temp. coeff. of the resistors R1 and R2, resp., KH is temp. coeff. of the current amplification factor of the transistor when common emitter connected and ΔEB and an increment per degree of input voltage EB.
