The present invention relates to an apparatus for mounting a specimen for a pressure resistance test, which is input into or extracted from a high pressure with observation/measurement/power supply equipment in a state of mounting the specimen to perform the pressure resistance test for the specimen under water pressure. The present invention comprises: a tool gauge composed of a plurality of posts providing support force, a plurality of ring shaped ring brackets coupled in a longitudinal direction of the post to be able to adjust height and providing observation/measurement/power supply equipment installation portions and a specimen fixation portion, and a bottom plate which is installed on lower ends of the posts and mounts the specimen to be input into the high pressure chamber as towed by a crane; a cable holder provided at an upper end of the tool gauge and housed in a state that cable of the observation/measurement/power supply equipment installed in the ring brackets is wound; and a base member seated on the bottom of the high pressure chamber in a state of being fixated on the bottom plate of the tool gauge and preventing interference by a cable connector installed on the bottom of the high pressure chamber while providing a separation space between the bottom of the high pressure chamber and the tool gauge, wherein the tool gauge forms a cut part on one portion of an edge of the bottom plate to connect the cable of the observation/measurement/power supply equipment to the cable connector of the high pressure chamber via the cut part.
