PURPOSE:To enable to allow the entrance to room only for the personnel having a registrated information meidum, by providing a reader which reading out individual information stored in the information medium, memory element group storing addresses corresponding to the individual information, and alarm means. CONSTITUTION:For example, the entrance of room is permitted from the door 12 to the comer having the individual information 8. The switch SW11 belonging to RAM82 is ON, other SW is OFF, and the address SW is set at the address operation section 12 so that the individual information 8 is represented and the write-in SW of the operation section 12 is operated, one bit is written in the address 8 of RM82 and the individual information is registrated. When the comer having the personal information 8 places the information medium to the reader 22 corresponding to the door 12, the output of the reader selection circuit 4 enters the gate 52, the content of the address 8 in RAM82 is read out. If the output is 1, the gate 52 is open and entrance is permitted from the door 12 via the control circuit 162. If the comer places the medium to the reader of door not registrated, the circuits 161-16N are not operated, the output of RAM81-8N is 0, and alarm buzzer 15 is operated. |
