This method is effectively used in order to keep the sewing needle from the failure of manufacturing. The groove of needle (1) is cut out longitudinally. The auxiliary metal plate (4) gets jammed in the groove in order to take the shape of rectangular hole. The rectangular hole (S) is drilled along the groove. The drilling can be made straightly without curving or twisting.
