PURPOSE:To enable measurements at plural measuring points simultaneously by a method wherein an intersecting point of straight lines drawn from the plural number of measuring points standing in a straight line and straight lines drawn from image forming points formed by an image formation lens is placed on a straight line passing through the main plane of the image formation lens. CONSTITUTION:The intersecting point of straight lines drawn from measuring points A, B, C on the plural number of laser irradiation axes A, B, C standing in a line and straight lines drawn from image forming points A', B', C' formed by an image formation lens L is placed at a point O on the straight line passing through the main plane of the image formation lens, which effects are Bragg condition. As a result, image points A', B', C' of the measuring points A, B, C are formed on a straight line which is not parallel with the luminous axis of the image formation lens L. Therefore, if an optical fiber F is provided with each of the image points A', B', C', the 3 fibers F allow light information to be simultaneously led to the incident slit of a spectrometer.
