PURPOSE:To make it possible to simultaneously measure plural wavelength informations which are thoroughly close to one another, by distributing diffraction light by a diffraction grating onto a photoelectric detector by plural movable mirrors. CONSTITUTION:A light having entered from an entry slit 1 enters a concaved surface diffraction grating 2, and the diffraction light is emitted to form an image on a Rowland circle 7. A diffraction light 111 of a wavelength lambda1 reaches an exit slit 4a through a movable mirror 3a and enters a photoelectric converter 5b. In short, movable mirros 3a and 3b separate lights of special wavelengths from among the diffraction lights and give them to the first photoelectric detector 6a and the second photoelectric detector 6b, respectively. The movable mirror 3a, the photoelectric detector 6a, the movable mirror 3b and the photoelectric detector 6b move altogether as a unit to conduct wavelength scanning. |
