Provided are an organic light emitting device which emits white light and is capable of improving luminous efficiency and a color reproduction range, and an organic light emitting display apparatus using the same. The organic light emitting device includes: a first electrode and a second electrode; and an organic layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode for emitting white light, wherein the organic layer has a light emitting part having a red light emitting layer and a blue light emitting layer which are adjacent to each other, and the red light emitting layer has a first host material not absorbing a blue light emitted from the blue light emitting layer, and a second host material different from the first host material.
