PURPOSE:To make a high-accuracy continuous measurement possible without cooling the main course when gas is charged from the external at the calibrating time, the back washing time, or the air charging time, by holding valves of the branch path of the main course, from which external gas is charged, as a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:The waste gas sample from flue 1 is extracted by probe 3 and passes through extracting conduit 4 forming the main course with a heater and is measured by gas detecting part 6 of analyzing device 20 and is discharged through suction pump 7. Valves 30, 34 and 37 of branch tubes for external gas such as leading-in courses 29, 33, 36, and so on for calibrating gas, back washing gas, and ejector operating air gas which are branched from conduit 4 and are heated and are held at a high temperature. Consequently, conduit 4 is not cooled even at the external gas charging time, and an accurate continuous measurement is possible. |
