PURPOSE:To obtain a solar heat collecting structure having a high porosity and a large heat collecting ratio and being manufactured on the spot by making the base body from resin chips and hydraulic cements and attaching a film having communicating holes on the surface of the base body. CONSTITUTION:A base body A of the present solar heat collecting structure is composed of chips 1 of a hard foaming synthetic resin, granules thereof 2, and hydraulic cement 3. On the front surface of the base body A there is formed an impregnated film 4 of a carbon containing inorganic permeative water proof agent, and this film 4 has a numberless communicating holes 5, and black micro crystals 6 are contained in the vicinity of the surface of the base body. Since the heat collecting structure thus constructed has a small air-dried specific gravity, and has a black absorption film 4 and black micro crystals 6, its heat collecting ratio is large. Therefore, when the heat collecting structure is provided in a construction member, solar heat can be stored in the construction member itself or in a substance contained in the member. Simultaneously, it can play a role as a heat insulating and sound proof structure.
