发明名称 METHOD OF PRODUCING POSITIVE ACTIVE MATERIAL FOR NONAQUEOUS BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To intend to increase a discharge characteristic and a storage property by hydrating the water content of manganess dioxide with dielectric heating by an intermittent microwave irradiation. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode 5 is made of a mixture wherein manganese dioxide subjected to the hydrating by the following method is mixed with acetylene black and a fluorine resin binder. The manganese dioxide used for said mixture is obtained by irradiating a microwave intermittently to manganese dioxide containing water and then hydrating the water content of the manganese dioxide with the dielectric heating thereof. As said manganese dioxide containing water, electrolytic mangenese dioxide, natural manganese dioxide or chemical synthetic manganese dioxide having gamma phase as a main body is desirable. Further, as dielectric heating by the microwave irradiation, intermittent dielectric heating having a comparatively long suspension time during a pulse on-off irradiation, is desirable. Furthermore, the temperature at the dielectric heating time is desirable less than 300 deg.C.
