PURPOSE:To attempt reduction of the weight of a paste plate, by forming a lead coating on the surface of a substrate composed of corrosion resistant metal powder and synthetic resin powder. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 1 is made of a plate composed of a mixture of corrosion resistant metal powder, for example lead-antimony alloy powder and synthetic resin powder, for example polypropylene powder. Next, a coating 2 of lead or lead alloy is applied onto the surface of the substrate 1, and heated to effect fusion adherence. |
