PURPOSE:To minimize the number of processes and to firmly obtain a circular coil by winding an insulating material having good impregnation between each of strands in winding the strands on an iron core wherein resin is hardened after forming a coil in a predetermined shape by impregnating the resin in the coil and by using an upper mold. CONSTITUTION:Ground insulation 13 is applied to the barrel part of a field core 2 and a protective plate 6 is assembled at the inside of circular field poles. Furthermore, strands 40 are wound around the ground insulation 13 after installing auxiliary means 14 and 15 for winding. At that time, an insulating material 12 having good resin impregnation is wound between the strands 40. After completing the winding of the strands 40, the auxiliary means 14 and 15 for winding are removed and resin is impregnated in the coil 30. Then, a flexural upper mold formed the molded surface in a circular shape is applied to the upper surface of the coil 30 to form the coil 30 in a circular shape by pressing the coil 30 by the protective plate 6. Finally, the resin is hardened and the upper mold is removed to complete field poles. |
