PURPOSE:To achieve complete fusing between a hollow terminal and an electrode pole, by forming a terminal part while melting a hollow terminal having grooves on the upper surface and an electrode pole until the top of the electrode pole and the upper surface of the hollow terminal are arranged in one surface. CONSTITUTION:When the top 5 of the electrode pole 4 and the upper surface of the hollow terminal 3 are exposed to a gas burner flame, fusing occurs from the touching area of both that is the deepest part of the circumferential valley 7, and the electrode pole 4 is molten gradually from the inclined wall of an inverted cone shape near the upper surface, and the molten lead runs into the circumferential valley 7. Next, lead of the internal wall of the upper periphery part 6 of the hollow terminal 3 is also molten, and flows down into the circumferential valley 7. They are fused together in the circumferential valley 7 and the ralley 7 is gradually filled up. Simultaneously, groove 8 provided on the upper surface 6 of the hollow terminal 3 is also molten from the deepest part in the similar way with its side wall flowing down, to form an even molten surface. Thus, the upper surface 10 of the terminal 11 is formed in a level. |
