The present invention relates to an apparatus to clean a railroad crosstie comprising: a large bench (1) installed in the front; a hot water cleaning apparatus (2) installed in the front of the large bench (1) and having a plurality of toothed rolls (130) to move an inserted crosstie forward, a plurality of spray units (200) to spray hot water and clean using the hot water and a plurality of brush units; a small bench (3) installed in the front of the hot water cleaning apparatus (2); an emulsifier cleaning apparatus (4) installed in the front of the small bench (3) and having the plurality of toothed rolls (130) to move an inserted crosstie forward, the plurality of spray units (200) to spray emulsifiers and clean using the emulsifiers and the plurality of brush units; a first cleaning apparatus (5) having the small bench (3) installed in the front of the emulsifier cleaning apparatus (4), the plurality of toothed rolls (130) to move an inserted crosstie forward, the plurality of spray units (200) to spray hot water and clean using the hot water and a plurality of brush units; a vapor spray apparatus (800) installed on one side of the front of the large bench (1); a second cleaning apparatus (500-1) installed on the other side of the front of the large bench (1); and a dryer (900) installed in the front of the second cleaning apparatus (500-1). |
