The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a Hanji (traditional Korean paper handmade from mulberry trees) wallpaper and the wallpaper produced by the apparatus, and more specifically, to an apparatus for producing a Hanji wallpaper which enables the wallpaper to be constructed without a separate adhesion unit in a state that only a release paper is removed from the wallpaper, which enables adhesion and stripping of the wallpaper to be repeated, which provides a complete adhesion of the wallpaper after drying and allows a pressure-sensitive adhesive coated portion of the wallpaper to be dried promptly, and which prevents the wallpaper from getting damp or prevents mold from being produced since a wall surface side to be constructed is not sealed, and the wallpaper produced by the apparatus. The present invention provides an apparatus for producing a Hanji (traditional Korean paper handmade from mulberry trees) wallpaper and the wallpaper produced by the apparatus, the apparatus including: a Hanji roller (100) which supplies a Hanji; a polymer film roller (110) which supplies a polymer film to the lower side of the Hanji wallpaper; a thermal fusion roller (120) and a compression roller (125) which thermally fuse the Hanji provided from the Hanji roller and the polymer film provided from the polymer film roller; a pressure-sensitive adhesive roller (140) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive compression roller (135) which coat a pressure-sensitive adhesive (130) on a polymer film surface of the Hanji on which the polymer film supplied from the thermal fusion roller and a compression transfer roller is compressed; a release paper roller (150) which provides a release paper onto a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the Hanji on which the polymer film is compressed; release paper compression rollers (155a, 155b) which compress a release paper on the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the Hanji on which the polymer film is compressed; and a Hanji wallpaper winding roller (160) which winds the Hanji wallpaper on which the release paper is compressed by fusing the polymer film on the Hanji and coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the polymer film surface. |
