PURPOSE:To restart data transmission by giving each transmission control station a physical address and logical address, by assigning a party station by normally using the physical address, and by sending the logical address of the transmission control station to a stand-by transmission control station when a trouble is occurred in the said station. CONSTITUTION:Transmission controllers connected to controllers PC are connected in a loop to constitute a data transmission system, and this controller is provided with processor P which judges the logic required for data transmission and RAM stored with data, etc., with which processor P judges logic. In actuating each transmission control station, its physical address is set in address setting circuit ADRS and also in transmitting-receiving circuit TRCV, and on the basis of the physical address, data are transferred to and from another station. If one transmission control station becomes abnormal, timer circuit TM detects the abnormality and a station qualified for a supervisor sends the logical address of the next station to restart the data transmission. |
